Our pure wool Welsh tapestry bedspreads have been woven here for well over 100 years. In Wales they are still given as wedding presents which are handed down as heirlooms.
Our Welsh tapestry is made up into throws and cushion covers. These small tapestry patterns are woven on a narrow loom 150cm (60") and are not available as bedspreads.
Our pure wool Welsh tapestry is suitable for soft furnishings and clothing (but not upholstery) and is available by the metre (approx. 147cm wide).
Cosy up in one of our travelling rugs! The smaller Welsh tapestry patterns are woven with fringes and sent to our finishers where the fringes are rolled into tassels and the rugs are washed and brushed to give a soft warm handle.
Our pure wool Welsh tapestry are made up into beautiful classic bags. The Shopper is trimmed with navy leather. The Shoulder Bag has an adjustable wide web strap in navy. All bags carry a leather stamp with our branding and have an inner pocket.
Our tweed yarns are blended from several colours of dyed raw wool to give a heathery effect. The coloured wool is carded, spun and woven here in Trefriw.
