The shop on the ground floor is accessible via a steep ramp with a handrail. People with wheelchair users please ask for assistance if required. The main entrance is via wide swing doors which are normally fixed open in Summer. If they are closed, we suggest a helper asks a member of the staff to hook them open before pushing the wheelchair up the ramp. The water powered turbine and looms can be viewed through windows in the shop.
Guide dogs and well behaved dogs are welcome in our shop.
There are no toilets with facilities for disabled people on site, but there is one in the public car park opposite and the Radar key is available in our shop.
