Welsh Bedspread Single

The bedspread arrived this morning. I am using it as a 'throw' to cover the faded upholstery of a sofa in the study. The vibrant colours 'warm up' the room and the bedspread is heavy enough to stay in place when the sofa is used. It really transforms the look of the room. I also love it because it reminds me of the Welsh bedspread I had on my bed as a child. In my opinion, it is good value for the cost and I expect I'll be ordering another one soon.

Brushed Tapestry Throw

On our visit to the Mill in March we were able to look around the machinery and walk up to the feeder lake - wonderful to see! The tapestries are beautiful and we came home with 2 Throws, a Runner and a wonderful flat cap, all of which will be treasured. The staff at the Mill were so helpful we look forward to visiting again when we next travel to North Wales.

Welsh Bedspread Single

I have just received the two bedspreads I ordered and am absolutely thrilled with them! As William Morris said of hand crafted objects: have only those things that you know to be useful and believe to be beautiful. Excellent service. Many thanks!

Such a gorgeous item - wonderful vibrant colours, beautifully made; and very reasonably priced too! It will now become an heirloom! Very helpful and efficient staff too.

Beautiful throw with lovely colours. Perfect size for the bottom of my bed. Great customer service and prompt delivery. It was very helpful to get samples to check colour choice.

Welsh Bedspread Throw

My new Welsh Bedspread Throw (in Sea) arrived sooner than expected. This is the second I have purchased. I lost the first in a fire that destroyed our home about a year ago. It is colorful, sturdy, and with two layers of interwoven wool, so warm! I visited the Mill in 2017, and it was a highlight of our trip to Wales. We did the tour and shopped. As a weaver, it was great to see the looms in action and to see the patterns. I hope to return one day, but at least now I feel I have a piece of Wales to greet me every time I walk into my sewing room. And as a bonus, one figure in the pattern reminds me of little weaving shuttles!
